Carlos grins a little nervously and waves, as Cecil continues over the speakers, “He grinned, and everything about him was perfect-” Carlos abruptly stops waving,
surprised “-and I fell in love instantly.” Carlos now looks shocked and bewildered.
He glances forward. The crowd gathered at the meeting stares back. Then a huge, long shout of “OOOOH!!” ripples through the room as people cheer and scream, making Carlos startle. He ducks behind the podium, looking flustered but overwhelmed, as people continue to scream, some crying or reaching out for the stage. End ID] by @princess-of-purple-prose and me
